As we are sure you can appreciate, business processes, strategies and workflows can change over the years. At Convertaroo, we’ve done our utmost to ensure any changes benefit both our clients continuous growth and ours too.
With that said, we have a number of updates to our business which we will share with you below.

Clients Strategy Calls:
– Website package clients will now benefit from one free strategy call per month on top of their package.
– Retainer package clients will receive two free strategy calls per month.
– If you require any additional calls beyond this allocation, please let us know, however note they will either incur a surcharge or be added to retainer task sheets.
Late Payment Fees:
– In light of new processor administrative charges, subscriptions rejected on the payment date will incur a $9/£9 pound late processing fee. This fee enables us to maintain the highest hosting standards for website package clients and streamline payment processes.
Website Amendments:
– Clients’ requests for amendments will now be scheduled on designated amendment days, which are Mondays and Fridays. While we strive to accommodate these requests promptly, please understand that due to our workload, there may be a slight delay.
Free Domain Renewals:
– Domain renewals for website package clients will now be encompassed within their package. If we manage the domain, renewal will be complimentary.
Boost in Referral Commission:
Clients will now receive an extra 5% on top of the original 20% commission on all referrals each month while their referral remains subscribed to a package. This boosted 25% commission will initially be deducted from their current package.
Hourly Rates:
For work outside the scope of your package, our hourly rate is now $65, with a minimum booking of one hour.
Website Outsourced Fixes:
While we recommend consulting with us before making any amendments, clients are free to outsource website work or make changes themselves. However, please note that errors resulting from these outsourced amendments are not covered within your package and will be charged at our hourly rate.
