Even though I share a long distance professional relationship (California-UK) with Covertaroo it is easy to communicate. Katie is jovial, sweet and enthusiastic. I can tell through emails even though I have never spoken with her. Graham is the website designer/tech administrator. He is very articulate, artistic and technical. I send both of them my ideas and visions and they collaborate to execute the job. It is easy to update or make any changes I need whenever I wish. Even though adversity, pressure and low points they both remain cool and professional. They don't give up. Like any relationship there are good times and sometimes difficult ones too. I appreciate their professional friendship, impressive work, allied relationship and continued collaboration.
