If there’s one thing every brand owner wants from a team like ours, it’s transparency. And that’s exactly what we aim to deliver from day one. Below are some of the questions we’re asked most — straight answers, no fluff.
GENERAL
Click the "Edit Billing" button on your dashboard to access our secure Stripe portal. Your email login is the email used to set up your subscription. You can update your card details, view invoices, and manage your subscription anytime.
Your subscription renews on the same date each month that you originally signed up. You'll receive an invoice via email before each billing cycle.
Access your billing portal through the "Edit Billing" button on your dashboard. All past invoices are available to download as PDFs.
We'll send you an email notification and retry the payment. If it fails again, we'll reach out directly to update your payment method before any service interruption. All subscriptions which fail to clear within 14 days (and no communication) will incur a $10 late fee.
WEBSITE
Use Mission Control on your dashboard! Submit your request with as much detail as possible (text, images, links, etc.) and we'll aim to get them completed as soon as possible.
Anything! Image swaps, text updates, new pages, menu changes, color adjustments, adding products – if it's on your website, we can do it.
All amends are valued at minimum 1hr.
Most updates are completed within 3-5 business days. Urgent requests can often be prioritized – just let us know in your Mission Control submission.
